Payments
Online payments are processed by NIC ASIA Bank's secure payment gateway. Card details are entered on the bank's page and are never stored on our website.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing malungtreks@gmail.com.
Terms & Conditions
By booking with Malung Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. you agree to these terms.
Travel insurance
All travellers must have insurance covering trekking or climbing at the trip's maximum altitude, including emergency helicopter evacuation.
Changes to itinerary
Weather, trail conditions, flight delays or health reasons may require changes. Your guide's decisions on safety are final.
Health and fitness
You are responsible for being medically fit for your chosen trip and telling us about any relevant conditions.
Booking Policy
- A deposit of 20% confirms your booking; the balance is payable on arrival in Kathmandu or before departure.
- You may also pay the full amount at the time of booking.
- A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.
- Passport copies and insurance details are required before the trip for permits.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 60 days before departure: deposit refunded minus bank charges [confirm]
- 30–60 days before departure: [x]% of deposit retained [confirm]
- Less than 30 days before departure: deposit non-refundable [confirm]
- No refunds for unused services once the trip has started.
Refunds are made to the original payment method through the payment gateway.
